Look no further - AWR Racing has you covered! AWR offers the best valued mounts that suit driver needs. We have durometer options for daily, aggressive, and track driven builds. Our mounts have been street and track proven since 1995.

These mounts are designed to completely support the engine and transmission with durometer options to suit all styles of driving. All of our bushings can be replaced at any time. Mounts improve drive line response by inhibiting driveline lash, putting all that motion to the task of moving the car along. Say goodbye to wheel hop and hello to smoother shifts with this engine mount!

Items included:

  • AWR MazdaSpeed 6 transmission mount

Specs:

  • Made in the USA
  • Laser cut and CNC folded
  • Tig welded in house
  • Machined inner sleeves, nickel plated
  • Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings (70, 88, and 95 durometer applicable for the MazdaSpeed 6)
  • Powder coated in silver for a very durable finish.

Bushing recommendations:

70 durometer is recommended for daily driving with little to no mods. 88 durometer is recommended for lightly to intermediate modification levels. 95 durometer is recommended for highly modified track builds. You can always opt for a different durometer if your first choice doesn't suit your needs, all of our bushings can be swapped out or replaced at any time!

Not sure what durometer to order? We're happy to help! Send an email to ali@awrracing.com for any questions you may have.

Note: Once AWR Racing's engine mounts are installed, there may be added NVH depending what durometer you choose compared to the OEM mount. 70 durometer is closest to OEM specs. Bushings should start to settle after about 500-750 miles driven.

*OEM motor mounts are known to be very sloppy and often break unexpectedly, order AWR's and never replace a mount ever again! Check out our limited lifetime warranty.

    Amazing!

This is hands down the best mount I have ever laid my eyes on. I am beyond impressed with the build quality and the welds!! Just super! The metal is heavy and strong! It surprised me how heavy it was when I took I out the box. Install was somewhat a pain, but that's what makes fixing cars fun!!! I know for a fact that my transmission will never move ever again no matter what!

    Solid Mount

It's a no brainer as to what needs to be done for installing this mount. Install took a little more than an hour. The car is shifting a lot better, especially 1st - 2nd which I was having problems with. 3 - 6 are much more solid feeling. I purchased the mount with 70 Duro bushings, and absolutely no added vibration or noise. Now I will order the 88 Duro bushings, and expect the 1 - 2 to be even better. Hopefully not much more NVH. Glad to have that OEM mount outta there! Thank you Tony.

    Great quality product

The install wasn't as easy as expected. Only wish there were some installation instructions on how to do the install. I had to pull up a separate installation process online. I was required to prop the transmission from underneath in many different directions in order for the mount to line up with the holes. As well as I believe there should have been two washers instead of just the one in the front part of the bushing. In order to protect from any tear all around. Other than that the design and quality of the product is very impressive compared to the poorly designed Oem mount. Driving my car now feels a lot more solid. Other than the vibration noise while driving, which I'm pretty sure will lessen up after the break in, it feels a lot more solid on take offs from first and in between gears. Overall it's a great mount.

    Not perfect, but damn good

I'll start with the install. It would have been nice to have some instructions as there was a bit of tear down involved just to get to the mount. Nothing difficult, but I like having a clear picture of what I need to do before starting a project. Due to the added washer on the forward side of the bushing it was wider than the transmission side bracket which required I grind down some of the casting material to make it fit. Took a little wiggling and some pounding with a block of wood and my 32oz hammer but I got it. Very well built product. It's kind of sad that it looks more intelligently designed than the factory piece. It's also lighter! However the battery tray mount tab is wider than the bracket on the battery tray that holds the loom going to the fuse box. After grabbing and pulling on the loom I determined it wasn't going to go anywhere so I just took the bracket off the batter tray and problem solved. However I do not like completely removing other parts to install a new one. I'll chalk it up to weight reduction and get over it though. I have only driven it for a about 10 minutes just to do a test drive but it made all the issues I was having disappear. No more clunk on startup, no bucking and clunking on take off or between shifts. Putting my foot down in first or second used to make me thing the axle was going to tear itself loose. That side of the car feels solid now. There's the obvious added vibration which I'm sure will lessen after more break in. I can also hear more transmission noise which i read about being normal and I think my pilot bearing is toast, which I couldn't hear with the factory mount. Overall I'm very happy it's in there and am itching to do the passenger side and rear as well. Thank you
