Product Overview

AWR Racing's 2012 - 2013 Mazda 3 passenger side mount. Want less engine movement, cleaner shifts, wheel hop to disappear, as well as many more benefits? Look no further - AWR Racing has you covered! AWR offers the best valued mounts that suit driver needs. We have durometer options for daily, aggressive, and track driven builds. Our mounts have been street and track proven since 1995.

These mounts are designed to completely support the engine with durometer options to suit all styles of driving. All of our bushings can be replaced at any time. Mounts improve drive line response by inhibiting driveline lash, putting all that motion to the task of moving the car along.

Items included:

  • AWR Mazda 3 passenger side mount
  • Hardware/spacers

Specs:

  • Made in the USA
  • Laser cut and CNC folded
  • Tig welded
  • Aftermarket mount hardware
  • Machined inner sleeves
  • Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings (62, 70, 88, and 95 durometer applicable for the Mazda 3)
  • Powder coated in silver for a very durable finish.

What durometer is best for you?

At AWR Racing, we have been making high performance mounts since 1995. We have updated our motor mounts to a larger bushing size which helps reduce NVH, specifically reduce cabin vibration. Alongside a bigger bushing design, we have launched our tested and proven 62 durometer Energy Suspension polyurethane option which is perfect for daily and street use. Are you looking for stability without much NVH transferred to your vehicle? 62 durometer is the perfect solution for you.

62 - 70 durometer is recommended for daily driving with little to no mods. 70 - 88 durometer is recommended for lightly to intermediate modification levels. 88 - 95 durometer is recommended for highly modified street and track builds. You can always opt for a different durometer if your first choice doesn't suit you needs, all of our bushings can be swapped out or replaced!

  • 62 durometer (ultra soft)
  • 70 durometer (soft)
  • 88 durometer (medium)
  • 95 durometer (hard)

Initial NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) will start to settle after about 500 miles driven.

    Great mount!

Posted by James L on 3rd May 2023

Very high quality and beautiful finish on this mount! Car runs and shifts more positive with this installed, it far outweighs the slight vibration you feel at idle. I expect that to subside with some use. Ali at AWR was excellent with providing details and advice about the products. Install was straight forward with no issues. Very happy, thank you AWR!

    2012 2013 mazda 3 Skyactiv PMM 70a Duro

Posted by Jonathan D. on 12th Mar 2023

Current mounts: •CP-E 65a rear motor mount •Corksport transmission mount insert And now.. •AWR 70a passenger side motor mount I have waited over 10 years for this mount to be made for the 2012 2013 mazda 3 skyactiv model. The stock passenger side motor mount is garbage and you can easily twist and move it with your hands. This mount is solid and bolts right in, but you have to remove two of the three bolts on the engine to get it in due to clearance, this was not a problem, just took a bit longer. The 70a inserts were very loud and sent a lot of vibration through the cabin upon install, but after about 200 miles it has calmed down quite a bit and I expect it to calm down further in the next 300-800 miles. You can hear the engine through the whole rev range, giving it a deeper more connect sound. Shifting is like butter now, no more gear lock out (like 1st gear). Clutch engagement is smoother and more direct. The throttle response feels very connected and the pedal almost feels heavier because of it. There is much less bucking at low speeds. Breaking and cornering feel a little bit better too as they engine now stays put in place. If you want minimal or no added vibration I would go with the 62a duro. If I had to choose one upgrade for my car (outside of suspension) it would be this passenger side motor mount hands down - even for a daily car, it really makes feel sportier and you feel more connected to the car. Bravo AWR. Looking forward to a 2012 2013 skyactiv transmission mount!!
