Warranty Information
AWR believes so strongly in their engine mounts and sway bars that they back them with a limited Lifetime Warranty. What's more, this warranty, excluding bushings, is retroactive to all mounts and sway bars built previously by AWR. Basically, if it breaks or fails, AWR will fix or replace it at their discretion. The warranty is 'limited' in that bushings are considered a normal wear item, so the urethane or rubber bushings are not covered, but if the metal cracks, breaks or otherwise fails, we'll replace or repair it.
I have a 96 protege and all I had to do was drill out the factory mount holes on the subframe since the new mount is so beefy, everything else lined up after I supported the engine and undid the front of the sub frame brace to lower the engine more and line everything up. After installing I could instantly tell the difference and I love it. I got the 70 dur mount and even then I can feel so much more of the engine and I feel more connected to the car. Sorry for the long review but I wasn't sure this would fit my generation of protege knowing that I have the black sheep generation (BA). I am actually going to buy the rear mount too since my generation is prone for motor mounts going out. Overall amazing mount and great construction!

Awesome Product

This is a great mount! Wish I purchased it when I first got the car. It feels amazing, and handles great. Even with 88 duro the NVH is not bad at all. The quality of this vs the OEM that always fail is light years ahead.

Its Solid!

Stock mount was completely shot. This mount looks great, fits perfectly and super easy to instal. I purchased the softest available and still get some vibrations inside at idle, but I think it's something that no will notice after a week or two of driving. It's a must have in my opinion!

I was replacing all my mounts and I elected to buy a front mount that was unbelievably cheap. I bought the 90 which is recommended for 5 speed manual transmissions. I only installed one solid mount and there is a noticeable but not unbearable added vibration. Definitely worth it though. Was a bit hard to install because the width is wider than the stock mount. I had to spread open the bracket.
