AWR Racing Internship Program

At AWR Racing, we take pride in our longstanding partnership with a local high school in our community. For over 15 years now we have offered internships that teach students essential skills in metal fabrication and welding.

We are privileged to host several students each academic year and witness the profound impact this experience has on their future careers. Many of our former interns have gone on to pursue full-time positions with us, joined the United States military, enrolled in college for engineering, or continued their journey in the automotive industry.

Our program is designed to provide hands-on experience and real-world knowledge that can't be found in textbooks. Students learn the intricacies of metal fabrication, from cutting and shaping to the final assembly of parts. In the welding section, they gain practical skills that are essential in many industries, ensuring they are well-prepared for future opportunities.
