Product Overview

Front Engine mount by AWR Racing. Made in the USA, laser cut and CNC folded. Tig welded in house, provided with Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings in 4 different durometer options. Supplied with a nickel plated steel inner sleeve, powder coated for a very durable finish. Mount improves driveline response by inhibiting driveling lash, putting all that motion to the task of moving the car along.

Bushings:

62 - 70 durometer is recommended for daily driving with little to no mods. 70 - 88 durometer is recommended for lightly to intermediate modification levels. 88 - 95 durometer is recommended for highly modified street and track builds. Don't forget - you can always opt for a different durometer if your first choice doesn't suit you needs, all of our bushings can be replaced!

Warranty Information

AWR believes so strongly in their engine mounts and sway bars that they back them with a limited Lifetime Warranty. What's more, this warranty, excluding bushings, is retroactive to all mounts and sway bars built previously by AWR. Basically, if it breaks or fails, AWR will fix or replace it at their discretion. The warranty is 'limited' in that bushings are considered a normal wear item, so the urethane or rubber bushings are not covered, but if the metal cracks, breaks or otherwise fails, we'll replace or repair it.

Excellent

This mount fits and functions as advertised. It gives a much more positive feel in the drivetrain and almost eliminates the nasty drivetrain lash these cars are known for. However, I would caution if you are sensitive to NVH I would be careful as it will increase, but to me it is acceptable. The benefits far out way the small negative. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is the second one I've had installed. The first car was totaled in January. This one is in the replacement car. I forgot what a difference there is before and after. Now I need to get the inserts for the two side mounts to even out the torque. Great product, wish I'd known about them before for my previous Proteges. Better late than never!

Just had this installed two weeks ago, before I drove 500 miles round trip to TN. It's amazing how much good mounts affect shifting in a manual tranny!! I never really paid attention before. I shouldn't have to replace this mount again, is the third. The first two were OEM.

Installed in minutes perfect fit. Reccomend loosening passenger mount to make the engine transmission assembly easier to maneuver. Great service product was hand delivered to me.
