Combination kit includes Heavy Duty replacement engine mounts and engine mount insert. Two mounts are manufactured with urethane bushings (in your choice of durometer ) instead of the stock rubber encased in a gold zinc bracket. These are recommended for the Manual Transmission cars. Helps stop drivetain lash (rocking) when transitioning from gas on to gas off. Includes left and right (near radiator and firewall) engine mounts in urethane (39-040/050). Fits MAZDASPEED as well as non-turbocharged 1.8 and 2.0 liter engines.
When ordered with 95 durometer bushings, these are our stiffest mounts and are recommended for Manual transmission cars.
Automatic transmissions are recommended to use the 88 durometer mounts, though either will fit. Bushings are also available separately and inexpensively, in case you decide to change.
For the two engine mounts that we don't make urethane replacements for, we make in a 70 durometer polyurethane insert (this is not an option). The factory rubber mounts have holes that the urethane inserts push into. Includes four inserts, two per mount on passenger and driver's side. Does not include factory mounts, one of which is shown in photo. There is no substitute for the AWR mount with stiff urethane bushings.
Choose durometer for two mounts. Inserts will be 70.

The mounts and the inserts were prime quality. The instructions for the inserts need some work, though. For the passenger side insert, the sheet says that the 1204 pieces goes engine side. It's, in fact, the 1205 that goes engine side. Spotted it before I tried, looking at the shape of the voids. For the tranny mount, it's easier to leave the mount on the frame and take the large bracket off the tranny: there's one bolt on the fender mount that is VERY difficult to get to, whereas all the bolts for the tranny flange are easy access. Be careful to hand start them and do not overtorque! Besides that, shipping was very quick and items were well packed.
