This 6061-T6 all aluminum competition radiator features our new designed core of two 1.00inch tube surfaces for a total core thickness of 2.0 inch + by the time they are stacked together. It utilizes a multi louvered fin design that provides superior cooling for racing applications. The header tanks are 2. 80inch and the mounting flanges on the side are 1.450inch. Our radiator is designed to bolt into the original location, but no holes are drilled, which allows the radiator to be positioned up or down to best suit the application. It is the best replacement of the stock Mazda radiator and uses stock hoses. Due to it's uncompromising quality and efficiency, this is chosen by Mazdaspeed Motorsports as their race radiator for the RX-7. This would also offer the best cooling solution for street cars and IT race cars.

Electrolysis Warning - We have had reports of certain electrolysis abnormalities with some vehicles, especially 2nd generation RX-7's which can quickly eat through and destroy aluminum radiators. An electrolysis test should be performed before installing ours, or any aluminum radiator to detect and repair any such situations. These problems are a result of something wrong with your vehicle, allowing abnormal currents into the coolant system. AWR will not warrant against such situations.
