3/16 x 2.0" steel back up washers with 7/16 center bore. Great item for seat belt or seat bolt back up washers on the back side of the sheet metal your are putting the bolts through. Use them on the back side of seat belt supports or seat frame supports as well as bolt in roll bars or even when bolting wieght bars throught he floor of your race car. These items come in nickel plating, cad  [ gold ] plating and plain which can be welded in place if necessary.
